Intimacy with God Vlog #44 Lessons from the Lake

Tweet Do you have a favorite Gospel you turn to when you want to read the stories of Jesus?  I do!  Mine is Luke.  Luke, being a doctor, wrote in detail. Sometimes Luke gives more details than the other 3 gospels, and it’s always from a unique perspective. What is your favorite Gospel to read the stories of Jesus?  Matthew?  Mark?  Luke?  John? What’s your favorite Gospel Book in the Bible to read the stories of #Jesus?Powered By the Tweet This PluginTweet This I recently learned when my daughter was leading the church in Communion that her favorite Gospel is John. Today on the video blog, I want to share with you a  powerful lesson I was reminded of  about Intimacy with God.  –  Enjoy today’s video below. #God wants us to enter into rest and intimacy with Him.Powered By the Tweet This PluginTweet This   #God can wash away the messes in our life.Powered By the Tweet This PluginTweet This I love how, God calls us to be intimate with Him.  He longs for us to rest, and relax in His presence.  He longs for us to let our hair down and lean back against His chest like John did to hear His heartbeat.  But more than all that, He also wants to wash us.  He wants to take those things in our life that seems messy or tarnished and He wants to cleanse it all.  Not just our feet, but our entire self.  – I pray you were encouraged today by the video I shared and that you too will push past anything standing in the way...

Walk With God Vlog #43 Lessons from the Lake

Tweet Last week I talked about being a friend of God.  If you missed it you can watch it by clicking on the picture below. This week is part 2 of being a friend of God. Now, Enjoy today’s video  …   In his book: Secrets of the Secret Place, Bob Sorge says, “God wants to walk with us and work through us” That’s right,  are we called to partnering with God in the tough times and then in abundance too. In Fact Scriptures tells us that  He (God) never leaves us or forsakes!  We may feel alone, but we are not. Don’t you just love the hymns of days gone by.  I grew up on signing them, and I often find that they come rushing back into my mind and heart when I am facing things, as a reminder of God’s promises.  He surely does walk with me and talk with me along life’s narrow ways. God longs to walk with me and talk with me, everyday.Powered By the Tweet This PluginTweet This In the valley lows, and the mountain highs, God is there.Powered By the Tweet This PluginTweet This Tweet   Special Announcements: New Link up Party – Tune in Thursday’s is HERE – Join Me THIS Thursday, right here on debbiekitterman.com every Thursday! #TuneInThursday goes live each wek at 3 AM (PST) and runs through Sunday.  Mark your calendars and prepare to join me Thursday for the NEXT Tune In Thursday linkup! 2. I don’t know about you, but I can relate to her opening statement below.. “The last few years have been the hardest of my life …” Can you relate? Maybe you are in that season right now.  Or maybe it’s been years, but you know what she’s talking about.  Either way, Julie shares some very powerful tools to help us have faith in the hard difficult seasons of life.
