Hello!
I hope you been been blessed by our summer Tune In Thursday Guest Bloggers. I sure have! In case you missed any of them just click on the pictures below.
I can’t believe it is August already! Wow time sure has flown by. Have you been enjoying your summer?
It has been unusually warm here in the PNW and we are supposed to get into the 100’s this week. For some parts of the country that is normal, but not for WA State.
Although my summer has been busy with rewrites, and working with my editor. I have had some fun things mixed. I celebrated a birthday, went to my husbands 30-year class reunion, but had to miss mine. (I know I am showing my age LOL). I finally had a few days with no writing, while waiting for edits to come back and got a chance to finish a fiction book someone gave me for Christmas 2 years ago.
August is gearing up to be just as busy: My hubby and I will celebrate 28 years of marriage. I am nearing the time for beta testing, with my book. Yahoo! I should also get a sneak peek soon of the publishers cover design – Will you join me in prayer for it to be God inspired? Thanks. Plus lots of unplanned adventures that I am sure will find me as well.

Thanks Patti – the Book was Bridge to Haven by Francine Rivers and boy was it a think one. It was one of her longest novels by far. Thanks for always cheering me on and being in my corner my friend. Blessings and hugs to you.

Congratulations on reaching 28 years together. That’s wonderful. Jeff and I will celebrate 25 years on September 4. It’s been such a wonderful ride!

I just took a week off to rest. It was amazing. I too read a book- a fiction one where I wasn’t highlighting. It was pure joy. I even started another one. The best is I feel so rested.
Thank you Maree! Isn’t it great what a week of rest will do? That is exactly what I had as well. It was wonderful. It sounds like we had similar experiences. I didn’t get to start another fiction book just yet, but I have my next one planned out and ready to go in a few weeks when the manuscript goes into beta testing! I am so looking forward to it. Yes Laura, I sure am.. a busy and great summer I guess you could say. Hahaha. Thank you, I am excited for the book too. The whole process takes 18 months so this time next year should be the release date. YAY. Thanks for stopping by
