Opposition ~ It is such a terrible sounding word isn’t it?
When I hear the word “opposition”, my mind automatically thinks of all the things that can go wrong, something holding me back, or coming against me.

The truth is, if we are following after Jesus, opposition will come. BUT we must remember the Bible gives us keys and strategies to deal with opposition when it comes. A few weeks ago before we ventured out on our cross country move, when things weren’t going as smoothly as we were hoping, my daughter and I tackled the topic of “Dealing with Opposition.” I pray you will be blessed by this podcast episode and please share it with others.

As believers we are going to have opposition, it’s a fact of life. BUT when it comes, we must focus and meditate on what Jesus has already spoken. However, in the heat of the moment and when you are in the midst of the storm that is sometimes easier said than done. The disciples proved that. Your post reminded me of the way we develop muscle strength. Thanks so much for sharing your insights that God can use opposition for good!
Opposition is a strange and dangerous thing. I remember when we were selling our farmhouse and home of 30 years. A couple from our church sat in our living room and he said to me I am praying you don’t sell and have to stay. Man, I rebuked him in the name of Jesus and told him it is demonic to pray against a believer who has fervently sought the Lord for something. I was boiling.
He is so kind to equip us.
