This month is speeding by way too quickly. Can you believe there are only 14 days until Christmas? Wow, I don’t know about you, but I feel like I am behind and playing catchup – I haven’t even got my Christmas tree up yet, and at this rate, it may need to stay up through January! HAHAHA
Today’s Podcast is especially special to me and close to my heart. Linda Heath and her husband attended the church John and I pastored in Lacey, WA. So I have known her for some time. And to see what she is doing now with writing and publishing is both exciting and awe-inspiring. Then through Linda, I got to know Wendy and The Writing Room. What they do for writers and creating a safe place to inspire and write is amazing. But it’s not just that, through their published writings they are also blessing all who read their books.
The Song of the Mended is the Writing Room’s 3rd Anthology and it’s a powerful one! And by far my favorite 🙂 My prayer is you enjoy today’s podcast episode as much as I enjoyed recording and having a conversation with Linda and Wendy.

She lives in the Greater Nashville area.
Linda Heath is the co-leader of The Writing Room and the general editor of The Song of the Mended. Her passion is to encourage others both in their writing and to go deeper in their walk with God. She splits her year between Olympia, Washington and Arizona with husband Jerry, enjoying the RV life. She has had several poems and prose pieces published.
