Sorry for not having the linkup up and running last week. We were still waiting for our internet to be hooked up and working from the hotspot off my phone was slooooow. We arrived to our new location and got the keys to our new house just prior to Memorial Day weekend and a portion of our belongings finally arrived this past Monday. Now the craziness of the unloading and unpacking has begun.
Lately, I have found myself being reminded of a podcast episode I released back in April about “Feasting on Faithfulness.” With all that has been happening in the world it is so easy to let the little things that happen in the moment get to us.
I have been challenged the last few weeks to recall God’s Faithfulness in situations in my life and to dwell and feast on those, instead of the little and big things that are trying to steal my joy. It seems lately there are a lot of them. However …
God is always Faithful. We must fix our eyes and our hearts upon HIM and HIS promises. Not what is happening all around us in the moment.
Keep trusting in the Lord and do what is right in his eyes.
Fix your heart on the promises of God, and you will dwell in the land,
feasting on his faithfulness (Psalm 37:4 The Passion Translation).
I’ve included the link to both the audio and video the podcast episode “Feast on Faithfulness” below. I hope it blesses you.
Feasting On Faithfulness~ Psalms 37:3 ~ ~ Episode # 105
It matters what we dwell, focus, and feast on. What are you feasting on?
Social Media? The News? The Word of God? The Word of God and Testimonies of God’s faithfulness are what we need feasting on and dwelling on. Psalms 37 is a right now word for the church in this season.
