Happy Easter!

While we may not be able to celebrate and participate in our normal Easter traditions this year, there is one thing that remains the same: God is still on the throne, and Jesus is ALIVE and sitting at the right hand of the Father. No matter what you have done in the past to celebrate Resurrection Sunday, make sure to keep the main thing the main thing  (Jesus is alive!) and purpose to make a new memory and possibly a new tradition!

I would love to hear in the comments below, what your favorite Easter Sunday tradition is and if you can’t do it this year, what you will do instead.

If you regularly follow this blog, you know I have had what has turned into a series of post in response to the #COVID19 virus. Today’s post is week #5. It’s hard to believe that it’s been over a month since things with this virus have begun to ramp up in our nation? A lot has happened over that month, but I fully believe none of it surprised God in the least. I know our current situation has caused a wide range of emotions for individuals. Never-the-less, there is always beauty to be found in the midst of any storm.

You can click on the titles of each blog or Click on the picture images below if you want to read those posts.

#5 We Fall Down

We Fall Down

Tuesday night, during my time with the Lord, I kept hearing this phrase from a song by Chris Tomlin:

 🎶We fall down
  We lay our crowns
At the feet of Jesus 🎶

Then as I was drifting off to sleep last night, I had a dream like vision where heaven opened up and began to pour down the glory of God upon us. It looked like snow, but they were actually gold flakes, drifting gently down from heaven toward the earth. It was steady and a non-stop flow of heavens glory. It began to cover everyone and everything.

As the people of God began to fall down, and as we laid our crowns at the feet of Jesus we were all singing and crying out: Holy, Holy, Holy is the lamb.

Heaven responded to our cries of repentance and our worship of the Lamb of God.

Heaven responded to our humility and getting low before the King of Kings.

Heaven responded by pouring out upon us as we came together in unity.

Now is the time to be on our face and earnestly seek the Lord.

Now is the time to let go of our plans and agenda’s and receive His.

Now is the time to repent and cry out to God to heal us and our land.

Now is the time to worship Him for who He is.

Now is the time to come together in unity.

Get ready, now is the time for the people of God to receive and walk in the overflow from Heaven.

Isaiah 6

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. And they were calling to one another:

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty;
the whole earth is full of his glory.”

At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.

“Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the Lord Almighty.”

Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. With it he touched my mouth and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.”

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”

And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

He said, “Go and tell this people:

“‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding;
be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’
 Make the heart of this people calloused;
    make their ears dull
    and close their eyes.[a]
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
    hear with their ears,
    understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.”

Then I said, “For how long, Lord?”

And he answered:

“Until the cities lie ruined
    and without inhabitant,
until the houses are left deserted
and the fields ruined and ravaged,
until the Lord has sent everyone far away
and the land is utterly forsaken.
And though a tenth remains in the land,
it will again be laid waste.
But as the terebinth and oak
leave stumps when they are cut down,
so the holy seed will be the stump in the land.”

Have you had the opportunity to read my new book  “The Gift of Prophetic Encouragement: Hearing the Words of God for others.” ?  This book is about learning to hear the voice of God in our own life so we can respond to those God bumps and little nudges He gives us on a daily basis.    God is calling us to be agents of encouragement and to be the gift the worlds needs today.

We live in a time, where those around us are in desperate need of a real encounter with Jesus and in need of encouragement. We are called to encourage one another daily (Hebrews 3:13), and to build each other up (1 Thessalonians 5:11).  My book will teach you how to step out and do just that.

To order your copy today: You can find it at Barnes & Noble, Amazon, OR your favorite online retailer, Plus, newly added, you can now get a signed copy from me.  Click Here to order yours today!

We all have the opportunity to #BeTheGift of encouragement others need today.

Do you wonder if God still speaks today?  Do you wonder if He would ever speak to you personally?  Do you long to hear the voice of God in your life?

Have your read other books on hearing from God, but long for hands on practical application? or are you looking for ways to  move you forward  hearing from God?

If you answered YES to any of those questions, then I have exactly what you need.  I now have an online e-course designed to equip you in understanding that God still speaks today, and He longs to speak directly to you, through His word, and others.  He longs to encourage you, strengthen you and comfort you.  The training on this site, is fully based on Scripture, and taken from my training manual Releasing God’s heart through Hearing His Voice.

God is speaking, Can you Hear Him?

d2htrainging.com membership site is open, I invite you to check it out today, and develop a deeper relationship with the Lord, as you learn to hear Him speak to your heart.
