A lot of new people visiting my Blog and Vlog have been curious about what Dare 2 Hear is? and what it’s it all about? – so I thought I would take a minute or two and share with you on the Vlog this week.
Dare 2 Hear the Voice of God is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 organization that was started in 2007 to teach and equip believers how to hear the voice of God in their own lives.
God is after real, authentic relationship with you and I. We were created for relationship with Him, and in real relationships there is a two way conversation that happens. God longs for you and I to talk to Him, but also to listen/hear, see, and obey Him as well!
I believe God is Real and He speaks today!
Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
I believe when God speaks, it will never, ever contradict Scripture.
I believe Scripture is our compass for life and it points us to True North, which always leads us towards God!
John 10:27 says. “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.”
There are a lot of voices vying for out our attention in today’s world, what we need to do, is learn to turn in to the Voice of Truth and tune out all the rest. I am very passionate about teaching others that God is very real, alive and wants relationship with them.
This year God has been challenging me in many ways, in regard to my word for the year.
My #ONEWORD for 2016 is ADVANCE….
Since 2008 in my own ministry and several years prior, I have taught people in a fun, safe environment, how to tune into the voice of the Lord. Since God has been talking to me about “Advancing,” I’m am currently working on making my teaching into an online class format that will hopefully launch Fall 2016. However, since I am not technical, I have to rely on others and am at the mercy of their availability and schedules. I will keep you all posted.

I just discovered you at RaRaLinkUP today. I love your ministry. I always want to make sure I’m following God’s will and not allowing my own inclinations or preferences hindering His voice.
Thank you Valerie!! I too want to make sure that I am following after God’s will and His desires and not my own.
It’s exciting to see God’s Kingdom work being advanced in his children. Love the part especially about showing others God’s heart of love. Thanks for linking up at #TeaAndWord today, friend. I need that planner. I have been praying for the right one. Too much research wears me out. I found one last week someone posted about but it required me to print off 100 pages and my printer is down currently. I’ll check out this one from iBloom!
Meghan – I am a planner snob – or so my husband has told me and my friends too …hahaha – The iBloom calendar is the first one that has time slots for all 7 days of the week, plus big enough space in the monthly overview to write more than 1 or 2 items. When I first found the iBloom calendar, I didn’t want to spend the $ and tried other things, but then when I finally did buy one, I was so glad I did!!! I love the entire iBloom team and everything they stand for. Also, You are most welcome for linking up. Let me know if you have any questions. 🙂
Debbie, I love Dare 2 Hear and how it’s changing lives. I learn something new each week, or find that your post or video is an answer that I have been seeking. Thank you so much for “advancing” and teaching each of us how to advance in our own lives and faith! xx
Nikki -Thank you so very much! I am so glad that you enjoy them and that you learn something each week. That is so my heart. You are such an encouragement to me, I am so glad God has connected us over the blogasphere!
This is a great ministry you have, Debbie. Thanks for sharing a little about it here and for linking with us at #LMMLinkup!
thank you so much Gayle 🙂
